Came across this fascinating post from Ben Horowitz. Classic advice for CEO's that is just too tough to implement. Not just CEO's actually, we're all constantly worried about what others are thinking and what competitors are doing. It's a crazy world out there and if we keep thinking about all those thinking before doing anything, we will not get anywhere really. It's best to just do you work and go on with life - because nobody cares.
